čoKOKOS cake


DOUGH  3 pcs.      egg

       150g        brown sugar

          1 package  vanilla sugar

          70g       all-purpose flour

             1 tsp.       baking soda

          150g        dark chocolate

          160g         butter

          2 tbsp.      čokô čoKOKOS

CREAM  500g      mascarpone       

       to your taste   powdered sugar

      to decorate      fresh fruit


Start by melting dark chocolate with butter on water bath. Thoroughly whip eggs with brown and vanilla sugar in a big bowl. Add the melted chocolate and čokô afterwards. Mix the dough until it is smooth. Add the dry ingredients in the end - sifted flour and baking soda. Do not mix the dough after, just stir it lightly. Pour the dough into greased or baking paper filled baking mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.

Prepare the mascarpone cream in the meantime. Sugar the mascarpone with powdered sugar and slice the selected fruit to decorate the cake. Let the cake chill after it is baked, put on the mascarpone cream and arrange fruit on top. It is recommended to let the cake chill in the fridge for another three hours. But if you can’t resist, don’t worry - it tastes delicious nonetheless.
